This original painting was created during my monthly art festivals in downtown Campbell, California. I created it as a study of autumn colors and was heavily influenced by the forests of Northern California and Michigan.
Drawing, Painting, and sketching are strong passions of mine along with electronic design and programming. It may seem odd to have such divergent passions but they actually compliment each other quite well and provide balance in my life. I enjoy painting in both oil and acrylic mediums and prefer landscape scenes. The ocean, beach, and forests are often themes in my work with a focus on attempting to capture the "moment" whether it's animals, people, or just nature displaying it's wonder.
