This painting set was inspired by the new spring growth seen in the North Bay Area here in California. I wanted to create three different scenes as if you were walking through a spring meadow! This is the second piece of a three part series.
Drawing, Painting, and sketching are strong passions of mine along with electronic design and programming. It may seem odd to have such divergent passions but they actually compliment each other quite well and provide balance in my life. I enjoy painting in both oil and acrylic mediums and prefer landscape scenes. The ocean, beach, and forests are often themes in my work with a focus on attempting to capture the "moment" whether it's animals, people, or just nature displaying it's wonder.
